What does a consulting session consist of?

Every person is different. In all aspects of life and being! So I will get to know you by listening to your thoughts, goals, feelings and anything you want to share with me. Then I will come back to you with a personalized plan, just for you! Every time we meet, we will talk about your progress, how the program is working for you, and I will leave you with recipes, tips, new practices and tools to help you with your new lifestyle. You will never be alone on this journey.

  • A short lecture on the importance of the breath and how it affects our whole being.
  • Breathing techniques to help you deal with stress or any difficult situation.
  • Yoga poses to relax you and help you sleep better.
  • Easy meal recipes to cook for yourself.
  • How to plan a whole week of cooking
  • How to shop for & execute your meal prep.
  • A guide to reading labels and recognizing the ingredients you’re putting in your body.
  • How what you eat or drink affects your body and your mind & How to prevent certain illnesses by making the right choices.
  • How to use those choices to get better (thought process, breath, habits, etc…)
  • How visualization helps you reach your simple day to day goals by preparing you for the task.
  • And much more…
